What is IELTS?

TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language), an English Language proficiency test conducted by ETS (Educational Testing Service) USA to measure the candidates' ability to understand   North American English. It assesses how successfully the candidate can integrate reading, writing, listening and speaking skills to perform academic tasks.
